In St Stephen's Church, Winsham, Somerset.


Of a similar design to the Private Lightfoot plaque at Nantwich, Cheshire -

Didn't someone, somewhere in Memorials and monuments, say that the (King's) Dragoon Guards produced similar plaques for each of its ABW fatalites?
