My latest purchase, if fact the only one for some time. A fine Q.S.A. to 6075 Cpl. George Herbert Kelsey, Imperial Yeomanry Scouts. The ribbon appears to be original and in quite good condition.
It is the sole medal to this unit that I have in my care. It didn't appear to be a particularly large unit and I don't recall seeing many on the market in recent times.

Cheers,

Jim

Well done! I have been after an IYS QSA for a while. They are quite scarce, but they do turn up and I live in hope. 6075 Cpl. Kelsey, G.H. appears to have enlisted in the IYS in OZ (originally hailed from Brighton, Sussex, UK) and gave his occupation as "Bushman". As you probably know, his medal bore the clasps CC/OFS/Tv. He served in 3 Troop, IYS from 29/3/00 to 6/9/00. He appears not to have returned to OZ.
Regards
IL.
