I am rather late getting back to this (!); however, the Owen Roll for the BSACM has one "Beale, William" (as Tpr., M.M.P.) shown for the Jammeson Raid and the 1896 medal.

Looking for some help please. I have the BSAC 1896 medal to Trooper William Charles Lewis of the Mashonaland Relief Force. On the “British South Africa Company Medal” roll under “Non-Boer War” on this site (is it based on Colin Owen (Chimperie) roll?) he is listed as a Jameson Raider. But on the other roll on this site of “The Jameson Raid” under “Miscellaneous information” he is not listed. Is this a discrepancy or am I missing something?

In The Roll of The Jameson Raiders by Roberts Publications it states that:

Lewis William Charles Served in B troop MMP Trooper 1896 Medal Tpr MRF
