He is listed on the nominal roll images for the 2nd and 3rd RPR and there is a two page attestation paper for him here (as Boulfer)

He served in the 2nd RPR until 23 Jul 01 and transferred in Cape Town to the 3rd RPR with whom he served until 17 Mar 02.
The QSA rolls (not on my site) show entitlement to the clasps CC OFS & Tr on WO100/265p223. The Supplementary roll (WO100/265p268) record entitlement to SA01 & SA01. Both rolls show the issue was returned, the QSA on 24 Jun 1906.
