Sorry to hear of yr misfortune. Use DHL or Fedex in future. All my purchases from abroad to SA go to my daughter in UK for collection when I can get there myself.
ALAS thieves in the PO are still active..

I understand that it was sent to the UK by an express company for forwarding to Canada and the sender has a copy of the original receipt with a tracking number but the company says that they have no record of the tracking number as it was never entered in the computer......
