Dowse | Henry Esmonde | | Captain | Died of enteric, at Bloemfontein, May 5th, 1900. He was the second son of Henry James Dowse. He was born January 1868, and entered the Royal Army Medical Corps as Captain January 1891. He served with the Chitral Relief Force, under Sir Robert Low, in 1895, receiving the medal with clasp.
