Information about Mafeking concentration camp is available at the Mafikeng Museum. A student M.A. Sebigi compiled a complete list of all the people that lived en died in the camp. It is available in a book that is sold at the museum. The study was conducted in 1998.
I have found info of family in the book.

Where can I find the names of the people who lived and died in the concentration camps, as all you give is the name of the camps and the number of people who died in them but no ref to the names of the people who actually died in the death camps. Regards Kathy

Any information regarding the town of Bethulie and its district during the War will be much appreciated. I am interested in any soldier letters / diaries photos ect refering to operations / movement of British units in the Bethulie area during the war. Also information regarding Boer operations and diaries, photos, letters and photos of items used by people at the Bethulie concentration camp (Boer and Brit) will be much appreciated. # Soldiers Manning CampsDanielV 2016-02-15 15:21
Does anyone know where I might find information about which British Army units manned/ran the camps - or any diaries/letters from soldiers involved with the camps? Trying to find information about the opinions of rank and file soldiers on the camps. Thanks.
