Gentlemen and Berenice,
I recently came across the attached postcard, which I had forgotten I had, it is a coloured plate of the Anglo Boer War memorial within the old churchyard of St Tudno's church, on the western slopes of the head, this latter, dates back to the 12th Century.

Whilst at my weekend retreat on Anglesey I decided to pay a visit, it appears to have recently received a little TLC.

Some of the local men from the town are remembered upon this obelisk.

Interestingly, both Jones and Deverell, Militiamen in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers are remembered on their own memorial in the towns Holy Trinity church, where they had been bell ringers prior to the war, this brass plate proved difficult to photograph.

I realised that I had some images of the towns Anglo Boer War memorial, which is found within the town hall, which had been kindly sent to me in back 2014, once again Jones and Deverell are upon it.

All four fatalities are also remembered on the memorial at Carnarfon.

Many thanks for these photos, Frank. Apart from some wear on the inscriptions, that memorial, presumably granite, looks to be in fine condition.
