Thanks for posting the memorial picture Berenice.

To add to the Welsh Hospital bibliography, my article on the hospital:

'The Welsh Hospital at War, South Africa 1900', Soldiers of the Queen (Issue 64 March 1991), The Victorian Military Society

and in the same I also wrote about Matron Marion Lloyd's family who had numerous members in the war:
'Lloyd Family At War, 1899-1902'
