Wallace Bradley is probably correct. I wrongly assumed it must be by Kisch, as another shot, clearly taken on the same day, appears in Kisch & Tugman.
Perhaps they had a "press day" at the battery.

This image, definitely by Henry Kisch, shows one of the men mentioned by P.O. Lee as having been wounded on 30th October. The photograph was annotated by Midshipman Charles Reynolds Sharp, and shows "Nail, my servant".

I completely forgot I had this. It shows the grave during or very shortly after the siege.
