It is in Afrikaans or Dutch so I cannot read it. It seems to relate to the Peace talks.

My wife, who had an ancestor (Abram Fischer) representing the Orange Free State at the Peace Conference, has suggested the following:

Notes of the Secretaries and Adjutants of the OFS present at Vereeniging May 1902
??? Bethlehem, ?Section Bester
M ? Kohler ??: Louis Botha

Could it be a list of the names of the Secretaries and Adjutants who accompanied the delegates?
