Hello Everyone.......

I am transcribing some of the papers that came with the medals named to Miss Beatrice Wells.....

I have come across a pass to burn candles or lights in her room at the Commercial Hotel located in Calvinia signed and dated 23/02/01 by Captain Sydney ????????? Capt. K.F.S. Commandant......

Would like to find out what the Captains name is as I cannot decipher the initial and last name.....
