You see that message when the site is suspended. Parallels plesk is the environment in which the sits runs.

You should not be seeing that message now. It could be that the data is in your local cache. If so, deleting the browser cache should clear the problem.

I'll have to look at it in due course, I have had a lot of issues just getting into the site of late.

My apologies for continuing problems with the site. It was down for a time yesterday which was annoying.

I am continuing to seek ways to fix the root problem and keep trying different configurations.

I am loathed to go back to the old (but stable!) version but this is an option if the problems are not resolved soon.

I agree with Paul. Thanks for all your efforts.

If it's any consolation, the GMIC forum, which I know some of the folk on here also belong to , has been down a lot too during an upgrade. I though at first I was doing something wrong!
