The other oddity here is that Pte Ward appears on the Fusiliers' Arch Memorial in Dublin. This is strange because only those who were killed in action are listed.

Thoughts?

Hello Des

I have 259 names recorded for the RDF memorial arch in Dublin, and the list includes non-battle casualties.

Where did the information come from that only KiA are named?

I was wondering that myself, as far as I am aware, Traitors Gate is a memorial to those who lost their lives during the war?
