You are only missing the Laing's Nek for the Queen's South Africa Medal....

The other two bars are on the King's South Africa Medal, which is missing, they do not belong on the QSA.....

Ask other members of the family they may have it......

Hello Wolf and welcome to the forum.

You can obtain original clasps for the QSA from various sources. A good source is medal dealers and Chris Dixon will probably have that clasps.

When it comes to adding the clasp to the medal, I have used GA Medal Services ( www.gamedals.co.uk/ ). Peter, who does the work is excellent but he is much in demand and it can therefore take a while for the work to be completed. That said, in my experience, the wait is worth it.

Another alternative that is quicker and cheaper is to buy a clasp and slip it on to the ribbon above the others. It should fit snuggly to the top clasp (presuming the lugs remain) and it will look good even though the clasps are not quite in the right order.

The Medal I have has got the Laing's Nek Bar, from the list you gave in an earlier post the bar that is missing is the Cape Colony, thanks for your help, it is much appreciated

Thanks for the information, who is Chris Dixon and how do I get hold of him so I can find out if he has a Cape Colony bar I can purchase. The Bars on my Medal are from the top:- Laing's Nek
Transvaal
Releif of Ladysmith
Orange Free State
Tugela Heights
I dont know if they are in the correct order or where the Cape Colony Bar should go in the order of Bar's. The fitting lugs are intact on all of the above bars.
