After the best efforts of Parcel Force to disappoint me I have finally got hold of Colin Walker's Mafeking Siege Register and Mafeking Mail Siege Slips.

Given the price of original siege slips Colin's reprint is a bargain. The Register will be very useful too as Colin is bringing together just every about Mafeking diary and book, to give a biography of every participant in the siege.

These books are really excellent and they are my first port-of-call should I be looking up anyone to do with the siege.
