Good Morning Brett / Meurig.......

I am going to have my left knee and and then hip replaced so I will not be up and running for about 4 to 5 months but after that look out...... I will still add my 2 cents worth LOL as often as I can......

Hi Mike

Welcome to the club!! I had both knees replaced, respectively 4 and 5 years ago. Very successful. I had to begin walking (very limited initially) on the 2nd day after the op and I was doing my exercises while working at my computer on day 8
