Sorry we're not going to see you today - maybe next time. I'll let you know of any 'discoveries'

Regards, Ian

Had an enjoyable morning at Britannia, met Ian by chance, as I was struggling to read the rim of a QSA he lent me a glass with the words "Anyone who collects QSAs can borrow my glass". As it was early on we had a quick chat then parted to find bargains.

I got a "simple" QSA to the 4th RB MI wounded Zandrivierpoort 21-05-1901 - knowing the dealer had the medal for a year and failed to sell it auction a £35 pound reduction was not hard to obtain. :)

Usual dealers, usual stock, interesting that Chris Dixon did not bring any QSAs, but for no particular reason as he has a lot of stock. But, he did comment that a number of QSA collections are surfacing.

DNW bought along the fabulous MC, DCM & bar group to Carney, East Yorkshire. The DCM was awarded in 1901 and the bar in 1918, a seventeen year gap.
