Three advertisements that referred to the ABW, all from the Oldham Standard, in January and February 1900. There were at least another four Ogden's adverts in the Standard, which I'll add here another time.

I really like the visual pun in the first ad.







The N.B. in the above ad is an abbreviation for North Britain, a historic reference to either Scotland or to the northern third of the British Isles.

I have purchased the copies of Graphic Magazine January 1st, 1900 to June 30th, 1901 bound in 6 month volumes......
The articles and pictures are great but even greater are some of the advertisements.......
