I could not find one from Winnifred Scott but I did find this one from 1981..... Cost 2 Pounds..... Mike

We relied on these from the UK, is was a "quick" 2 week process using the Postal service, and I would send an amount annually and Winnifred would efiiciently deduct the £5 off for every enquiry. Henk Loots also had a large number of the Rolls and also offered a verification service.
