Thanks, David. Is it known how he died? Was the 'new' cemetery perhaps created for British casualties? Why else would his body be moved?

David - Both sources just state 'died' but it's most likely he died of disease or other illness. It's not uncommon for British casualties to be reburied, usually to bring their remains from various locations in the general area to a centralised resting place. The memorials of some cemeteries I've visited list various locations where remains were brought in from.
