No Alfred Ernest on the medal roll for the 14th Hussars, infact on 1st trawl of the 14th Hussars medal roll from A to Z there are no Tregilgas recorded.

Thanks, Smethwick and Dave. Possibly he served under an assumed name. Was there a 'Coole' (his mother's maiden name) in the 14th Hussars?
