I was advised by some members of the site to buy two books, alas, I cannot locate them anywhere. Can anyone help me please?

'The History of the 3rd Battalion Imperial Yeomanry' by R. L. Birkin (1907)

'The Call to Arms' by H.G. Mckenzie Rew

I have been searching for the first of these but cannot find a copy anywhere.

I can confirm that the title is slightly different. It is:

History of the 3rd Regiment Imperial Yeomanry, 28-1-00 to 6-8-02.

The author is Richard Leslie Birkin.

The book was published by J. & J. Vice, Peter Gate & Popham Street Works, 1905.

It has 144 pages.

The contents though remain a mystery.

The second book is no less of a mystery.

I can't find the book at all.

I did find a book called

The call to arms 1900-1901, or, A review of the Imperial Yeomanry Movement and some subjects connected therewith by Henry Seton-Karr, published by Longmans, Green, 1902.

Captain H G Mckenzie Rew was an author. He wrote Records of the Rough Riders in 1907 about the 20th Battalion IY. I'm not sure if he penned anything else.

Thank you very much for your help. I have also hit dead end after dead end with regard to finding the books. I searched Amazon and they haven't got Richard Leslie Berkin's book. I have just ordered the Call to Arms book. I have bought roughly 15 books now relevant to my dissertation. Thank you very much for your help!

Do I list you as the author for the website as well? As I shall reference the site.

Thank you, but we use Chicago referencing. Referencing the sites is always an odd one as I am never sure if I should list the curator of the site as the one who made the text or just list the website as AngloBoerWar. Here is how we reference;
