The term "nurses and nursing sisters" in paragraph 2 of Army Order 94 of 1901, will be held to apply only to those specially appointed as such, and to the Staff of any local charitable institutions in South Africa, duly recognized by the military authorities there, and utilized by them for the reception and care of the sick and wounded.
