Do you think you could let me have a HiRes version of the certificate assuming that it was awarded to Greensill. I do not suppose you have an image of him by the way.

No-one's come up with an image of him yet; I'm sure his family would have had photos of him at the time of his death, but nothing has come up online, and I can't find any trace of direct descendants in the Blackburn area, or a Greensill family tree, not online anyway.
