Location:
Enter from Johannesburg on the N14 (Holtzhausen Road). It becomes the Poortman Road(to Klerksdorp). From the municipal offices, travel on Potgieter Road, right into Kruger Road, left at Lombaard, then left again at Stasie Street. The cemetery is on the left across from the train station, next to the stadium and lawn bowls (Alexander Park and Kenneth Mcarthur Oval).

Sorry Henk..... Woods is not listed in the Book of Remembrance….. I have sent them a note on Park and Woods who are missing to get the forms etc. to have them added.....

Thank you for those posts Mike

I can add that he was wounded at around 3 p.m and died just after midnight. He was shot with a dum-dum bullet , which resulted in a severe wound, making recovery impossible.
