I was contemplating developing the forum to encompass these three new areas. This is partly because there is nowhere to discuss the recent Isandhlwana medals, First Boer War DCMs nor the 1906 casualty in the next DNW auction.

What do you think of this suggestion?

You may consider calling the last category "Frontier Wars" to include both the 1854 and 1879 "South Africa Medals".

Yes please! A capital idea David.

One has long felt constrained in not being able to post e.g. BSAC medals and their recipients stories on an appropriate forum.

This will allow Victorian/Edwardian collectors an avenue to showcase their medals thus bringing the recipients to life for a short while.

It would be a wonderful addition for me because my interests span events concerning the Colony of Natal throughout its history (1843 - 1910). For this reason I support Henk's idea for a "Frontier Wars" section.
This could lead to a huge additional burden for you, David.
