I had thought of having a wanted/for sale section in the forum. The aspect that has stopped me so far is the legal implications. But, if restrict who can post items to that area of the forum, my concerns would be lessened. I would just need to create a set of T&Cs that both buyers and sellers could accept. I think I've talked myself into it!

Are you a member or do you know any of the moderators of The British Medal Forum?????

They have a fantastic sent of rules and regulations there and maybe you can chat with them and see if you can use the same R. & R.

As Mike has mentioned the BMF seem to have a good system.
I think you need to have 100 posts before listing your selling items and there is a yearly limit to how many items you are able to list.

If you are a BMF member:
Go to the home page and open RULES in the top right hand corner, there is a section on SELLING which has concise rules.

I am a BMF member so will have a look at their T&Cs gain. I have sold on the BMF so I have read them but it was a while ago now.
