I would think that it rather depends on what you are looking for, if its just nice medals, then you are going to the right place, it is still the capital, as far as medals are concerned, it always was and I think, it always will be!

Some time ago I remember you mentioning the Western Province Mounted Rifles, I can't find the thread now, in the case of the slouch hat badge, the example below, is of the first type that was replaced in due course because of the error with the last digit in the date.
This is much better and scarcer than the later examples and would be what I would buy if I were you.

This is the more common one, almost always numbered on the reverse, not as nice as the first ones!
