Well, would you believe it, another copy has just surfaced, this time the German edition....

The only obvious differences are that the German version is on heavier paper, has a more detailed bibliography, and has an additional paragraph at the end:
Anmerkung zu den Bildern. Es handelt sich ausnahmslos um zaitgenössische Photographien und Karikaturen aus englischer oder französischer Quelle [Note regarding the pictures. These are all contemporary photographs and caricatures from English or French sources].
