I somehow think that each TOWN Guard would have made its own arrangements about passes so this document would have been unique to Newcastle ( possibly the Guard Commander was a printer or had a relation who was !)
I'm still looking for a QSA named to either the Karkloof Rifle Association or the Weston Rifle Association ( or both) , so I would trade Hyslop's medal and the document if anyone had one of those - just a thought !
