Good Morning David.....

I remember seeing a street in London near Lester Square when I was letting my feet take me in exploring.....

It had several small stores that sold prints, maps and faggies......

I wonder if they are still there?????

I remember also that right near the street was another with a number of book stores.....

I used to hear the stories of London tailors who had boxes of medals clasps ready to affix them to their clients' medal. It would have been wonderful to alight on such a tailor who was having a clear out of these old stock items. I am 50 or more years out of date?

No David.....

Only 40 years, LOL ..... Back in the 1970's I used to mount medals for a local store Henry Birk's and Sons (They used to make miniatures) when they stopped offering the service they asked me if I wished to purchase all the left over ribbon, devices and other stock, which I did..... Mostly WW2 and Korean items..... Still have a number of miniatures left if you are interested.....
