I think Mike sent you a private message. This will be available to you once you have logged onto the site. If you click on the Forum, near the top right will be the text Private Message. You will be able to click on this to see the message, reply to it etc.

I have modified your email address so that it is not machine readible but still makes sense to Mike. This may help prevent spam.
