The 1919 Army List includes the entry:

Struben, R H (Temp Capt Remt Dept)

South African War: 1900 - Commanded Struben's Scouts. Operations in the Transvaal, including actions near Johannesburg and Diamond Hill. Operations in the Transvaal, east of Pretoria, including action at Belfast. Operations in Cape Colony and Orange River Colony. QSA (5).

1915-18. OBE.

I have added his obituary to the Struben's Scouts page.
