Can you cast light on a Trooper; 1211 Tpr Miles H. Mountain Cape Mtd Police.
The QSA - CC & OFS: KSA - SA 1901 & 1902 what looks like rernamed Capital Block letters.

Can you confirm him on your medal rolls?
Do you know anything about him?

This is an interesting chap.

I have him noted as having attested into the CP in December 1901 but sadly I do not have a copy of his papers here. They are however in the Archives in CMP 38 but they are still closed. Anyway, so far I don't see him on either the QSA or KSA roll. This might explain the "renamed" medals. Perhaps he was booted out shortly after having attested, I will see if I can find him in the other docs I have and will get back to you.

He would not have been eligible for the KSA anyway based on his attestation date and this is assuming he had no other service in any other Regiment.
