Gibson's Book identifies all the Obelisks raised to the ILH
Robin Smith actually published a book "We rest her content" where he catalogued every grave of fallen Imperial Light horse Troopers. He walked the battlesites with Lt Col Henrich Jansen

This is Major Doveton's metal cross that was mistakenly put on Spioen Kop, possibly in place of an Imperial Light Infantry cross. The ILI were there but not the ILH.

Pile of iron grave markers, cleared by Llewelyn “Welly” Hyde during the 1970s, and photographed at the Natal Provincial Administration Works Department (Ladysmith) in 1978.

The QSAs to Bewsher and Saunders are in my collection. Both have the clasps Elandslaagte and Defence of Ladysmith.
