Found a Rufus Watson (Woolwich) 1890-1892 Training Ship Exeter. Interesting note on his discharge. Might be the same man?

Thank you very much for the docs to Rufus Watson. I am always amazed at the records that are available and that Forum members are so helpful in sharing what they have and know.
I have the QSA that I acquired in Australia in 2011. Does anyone on the forum know where Rufus Watson's KSA might be?
