Possibly Royal Berkshire Regiment - collars look like "Chinese" dragons.

Certainly looks like a Dragon as suggested by Neville C , and having had a look at the East Kent , Breconshire and Monmouthshire badges the Berkshire is the closest to the image.
The inverted scroll on the collar badge as opposed to the cap badge.
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
