hi,.there is one j,mullan,6496,pte, royal irish fusiliers, on the medal-roll..is it possible, to check for more info, to see if there is a match, with my ggfather,s details,i,e nok..where he lived,& age..please,.. many thanks,..mally..

There are just two J Mullans on the Boer War rolls and only one from an Irish Regiment:



There are some service papers available at the National Archives and on line at FindMyPast:

thanks for the offer of yr help again,david..to check these 2,records.boer war rolls,do i have to go to KEW..to see if there is a match, or is there any guys on here. who could poss look at find my past..to see if this is my ggfather, if i can find a john mullan, with his details, that i know then this guy, could be my man.??...regards,..mally..

hi,guys..is it possible to check this trooper,s details, to see if this is my man,[ggfather] john mullan 6496,pte..royal irish fusiliers..if it gives his details as next of kin, or were he was living i have a chance, as i have these details, after many years of trying.. many thanks in advance.. mally.
