Hello to all,

My name is John and i'm becomming more interested in conflicts other than WW1 & WW2.

5 years ago my father passed away and in his posessions were my Grandads WW1 medals. I was intrigued and started researching him, it was about this time that WW1 records became available on Ancestry. And I really started to get into Medals. I'd had an accident at work and had time to teach myself to build a website. So my website focused mainly on WW1 medals & research. It's totally free of charge.

The site has been running happily for 4 years now, but my interests and the requests i'm receiving are about medals from other conflicts. So i've joined this site hopefully to learn some more about the Boer War and hopefully provide some cross over to WW1 info if required.
