I just realised that I had not answered your question, this is the entry in Stirling, he would be included in the figure shown, but his name would have been published in the London Gazette, so if you take a look at the London Gazette web site, you will find a search engine on their home page, you can search and then download a copy from the actual gazette as published.

Thanks for clarifying that Frank. It was the dates that confused me. I assumed that the date that was mentioned in his records referred to the date of the action rather than the date of publication.
I have now found the reference in the London Gazette.
