Hi Frank, I thought you would like to know that following a visit to Winchester I found out that the memorials to the Rifle Brigade And Kings Royal Brigade was taken down in 1948 by the Dean of Winchester because I quote "the we're of poor artistic value" nobody appears to know what happened to them. I hope the Dean is haunted by all those brave souls who gave their life for their country.

I agree, a complete lack of respect springs to mind here!
