Thank you Brett , yes these have always intrigued me. They came from a very old established private Boer War museum, which when it closed down I was fortunate enough to buy the contents of ( except the medals ! ) . It is very interesting what you say about the NFF titles . They are clearly very old and the titles and the leather epaulettes have obviously been together for a long time . I am intrigued as to the type of jacket that they came from .

An excellent collection of insignia, the rosettes in particular are great to see. I also really like the Army Scouts badge.
