I realised my mistake when I looked up the on line and found a similar uniform to the KSLI rifle Volunteers. Many thanks for the clarification on the photograph and the section 10 entry, it is very much appreciated.
I certainly need to brush up on my Volunteer/ Milita knowledge for sure.
