That would be my first thought; if no John Wilson in the Northumberland F, consider another Fusilier unit like Royal Irish F, Royal London F, Royal Scots F, Royal Welsh F… all had flaming grenade hat badges which you can view in google.

Thank you both. I will do as you suggest Rob and start with the Northumberland Fusilers and work my way down.
