Found him in the nominal rolls on ILH and BMI.

Here is a BMI QSA from my collection. Apart from confirmation of the clasps, I have no other information about the man and his medal.

Your man is shown on the BMI nominal roll on here as joining on 19th October 1899 and discharged on 31st August 1901.

A bit of a let down really, checked the BMI in WO126/2 and nothing found, however the Imperial Light Horse was a differant story, will be in touch!
