Good Morning Everyone.....

Got a call from the person that I purchased the badges and drums from last week as I had left him my card..... :)

He found one more item that I might be interested in so I just came back with the treasure.....

Sorry no it's not the mans medals...... :(

Not in great condition but then again for the cost of the gas and a dollar who can refuse.....

A Bugle:

Maker: Boosley and Co., London England

Dated: 1901

Has the Broad Arrow Markings and the number 59 also 50 High and the number 4 under that......

Very interesting. It looks as though the oblique marks are 'export' marks and 'HIGH' must surely refer to Highlanders, of which Canada had/has a few Regiments so over to you Mike.

Yes there is a 50th Gordon Highlanders of Canada a pre WW1 Regiment.....
