Not everything it seems.

MM GV (4150 Cpl. A. R. Manton. 1/Rl. Drgns), unofficially re-engraved naming;
QSA (6) Cape Colony, Tugela Heights, Orange Free State, Relief of Ladysmith, Transvaal, Laing's Nek (4150. Pte A. R. Manton 1/Rl. Drgns), unofficially re-engraved naming;
KSA (2) (4150 4150. Pte A. R. Manton 1/Rl. Drgns.), unofficially re-engraved naming;
1914 Star, clasp (4150 Pte A.R.Manton. 1/Dns.);
British War and Victory Medals, with miniature MID (1DN-4150 Pte. A.R. Manton. 1 - Dns)

Spink say Albert R. Manton is entitled to a Queen's Medal & 3 clasps and the King's Medal & 2 clasps, a 1914 Star and clasp Trio but the MM and 'mention' appear to be self-awarded.
