Nice Pete, are you an "Artillery" collector?

Out here in SA they appear to be a rarity.... unless of course you take the route to buy from overseas and accept the postage costs and all the postal risks and delays involved.

Hello Brian. No, not an "Artillery" collector per se, but a collector of medals to Volunteers - QSAs to Active Service sections, and LS medals to Volunteer Force esp. 3rd VB KOSB.
Very few Volunteer Force artillerymen cf Infantrymen served n the 2nd Boer War. Some artillerymen augmented the Active Service section of, for example, the Dorsetshire Regiment. These to Northumberland Volunteer Artillery are the few named to Volunteer Artillery.
