Took another look at the ebay listing again as I was a bit sleepy earlier this morning and I have notice "WILL NOT SHIP TO CANADA"...… It makes me laugh but have noticed a number of Canadian medals and items and the seller will not ship here and here is their best market...…

I agree regarding your comments about "will not ship to …". I frequently see it on ebay re not shipping to OZ. I don't think Canada or Australia are third world countries with a ramshackle postal system and your and my money are as good as that of anyone else. These sanctions are a puzzle to me.

You will encounter this sort of thing a great deal these days, many people in many countries will not send their wares overseas, whilst it can be annoying, I can also understand why they prefer not to do it, with both the various differing customs/import tax rules and postage cost that are often incurred.
